قائم مقام وزیر راه و شهرسازی از پذیریش ژاپنی‌ها برای تامین مالی هواپیما بدون تضمین دولت خبر داد و گفت:‌ برای ساخت قطارهای سریع‌السیر زیرگذر تهران جهت اتصال شرق به غرب و شمال و جنوب پایتخت با ژاپنی‌ها مذاکره کرده‌ایم.

به گزارش گروه اقتصادی خبرگزاری تسنیم، اصغر فخریه کاشان با بیان این‌که درسفر به ژاپن به دنبال زمینه های مشترک همکاری در حوزه وزارت راه و تعیین نقشه راهی برای همکاری درازمدت بین دو کشور بودیم، تصریح کرد: بحث بر سرانجام پروژه های ریلی عمده گفت و گوی ما در این سفر بود. پروژه ریلی چابهار به زاهدان و در ادامه مشهد، پروژه ریلی تهران به همدان، پروژه حومه‌ای تهران و قطار سریع السیر حومه ای زیرگذر تهران که شامل چهار خط می‌شود و پیش‌تر در وزارتخانه بررسی شده بود از جمله پیشنهادهای ما به طرف ژاپنی برای آغاز سرمایه‌گذاری و مشارکت بود.

وی با اشاره به مذاکره با ژاپنی‌ها برای ساخت قطارهای سریع‌السیر زیرگذر تهران جهت اتصال شرق به غرب و شمال و جنوب پایتخت، افزود:‌ علاوه بر این بحث توسعه فاز سه بندر چابهار، ساخت فرودگاه اهواز و چابهار را پیشنهاد دادیم و درباره قطار سریع السیر نیز این گفت و گو را داشتیم که آیا می شود با امکانات طرف ژاپنی قطار سریع السیر تهران و مشهد را جدا از دو خطه کردن به کمک ژاپنی‌ها اجرا کنیم.

وی با یادآوری این‌که براساس تفاهم نهایی بین طرفین ظرف چند ماه ٖآینده گروه کاری تشکیل شده به تعریف دقیق و مبادله و تعیین نوع همکاری می‌پردازد از آغاز سرمایه‌گذازی 2 تا 3میلیارد دلاری ژاپن در پروژه‌های مشترک خبر داد و گفت:خرید هواپیماهای MRG هم در گروه مذاکرات ما با طرف ژاپنی بود.

قائم مقام وزیر راه و شهرسازی با اشاره به این‌که موضوع دوم هم تامین مالی این پروژه‌ها بود، اظهار کرد: ژاپنی ها متعهد شده‌اند 10 میلیارد دلار اعتبار صادراتی به ایران بدهند و در عین حال علاقه‌مندند از این 10 میلیارد برای پروژه‌های انتخاب شده، استفاده شود.

فخریه کاشان ادامه داد: این در حالی است که برخی پروژه‌ها مانند خرید هواپیما یا احداث فرودگاه نیازی به ضمانت دولت ندارد و می‌تواند آنها به صورت BOT اجرا کرد. از این رو قرار شد این موضوع در کارگروه بررسی شود.

وی تاکید کرد: البته ژاپن پذیرفته که هواپیماها بدون تضمین دولت تامین مالی شود.
